BuildATech Friends and Family Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in nominating someone for the 2025 Lennox BuildATech Friends & Family Program. This year’s program will feature two sessions:

Session One:

Dates: June 6-26, 2025
Locations: Atlanta, Georgia; Grove City, Ohio; Romeoville, Illinois; and Richardson, Texas.

Session Two:

Dates: July 7–27, 2025
Locations: Phoenix, Arizona; Richardson, Texas; and Sacramento, California.

This form is specifically for nominating candidates. While all submissions will be carefully reviewed, nomination does not guarantee selection. Your support is instrumental in shaping the next generation of HVAC professionals.

Minimum Requirements for Nominees:

1. Educational Background

Have earned or currently earning a high school diploma or its equivalent (e.g., GED).

2. Legal Eligibility

Have U.S. work authorization.

3. Driving Capability

A valid driver’s license is required.

4. Career Commitment

Candidates should have expressed their intention to seek HVAC employment within the next 12 months.

5. Age Requirement

Be 18 or older on the first day of the program.

6. Soft Skills and Work Ethic

Candidates should exhibit reliability and a willingness to engage in hands-on learning.

7. Professional Goals

A brief statement or letter of intent outlining their interest in HVAC and alignment with the goals of the program is required.

8. Availability

Full availability to attend and complete the program is essential.
